Fee Information
If you or someone in your family has suffered an injury, you should call T.P.L. Global to discuss the circumstances of the injury. If we determine that we may be able to assist you with your potential claim, you will be asked to come to the office for a more detailed interview, so that we can obtain all of the pertinent information about your case. You should never make a decision on the merits of your claim without the benefit of competent legal advice from an attorney.
After the initial interview, your claim will be thoroughly investigated and carefully evaluated by the firm’s experienced staff of experts. Both the initial consultation and the investigation of
the merits of your claim are done without any fee or charge to you. (In fact, there is never a fee unless we are successful in obtaining compensation for your injury.) That is because T.P.L. Global handles personal injury claims on a contingent fee basis so that the legal fee is a percentage of the actual amount recovered for you. What should I do if I’ve been injured?

Will there be a charge to evaluate my claim?
No. At T.P.L. Global, we will meet with you to discuss your injury free of charge. If we agree that your claim deserves further investigation, we will obtain the necessary records and evaluate them at no cost to you.
How does T.P.L. Global get paid?
You pay no fee unless we are successful in obtaining compensation for your injury. T.P.L. Global handles personal injury claims on a contingent fee basis. What about expenses?

Is it ever too late to bring a claim?
It is important to consult a lawyer as soon as you are aware that you have been injured, because there are statutes of limitations that prohibit the bringing of old claims, and because it is easier to gather information about a recent injury. What if an insurance company contacts me?

Will I have to go to court?
